BBC RADIO OXFORD FEATURE ROSY

For five consecutive mornings last October, BBC Radio Oxford featured the work of ROSY on the Malcolm Boydon Breakfast Show.

The programmes were brilliantly researched by Natasha Peach and featured our Patron, The Lady Rotherwick, three of our families and one of the ROSY nurses. The programmes were then broadcast by Malcolm. We would wish to pay tribute to Natasha and Malcolm for the sensitive and supportive manner they presented the programmes. They clearly had great insight into the challenges facing our families and Malcolm’s interviews demonstrated a keen knowledge and understanding of the issues. We were also very grateful to the back-room staff, Harry and terribly tall Tim for making us feel so welcome and putting us at our ease.

We are delighted to report that as a result of these programmes we have made many new friends and received much needed financial support. Thank you to you all at BBC radio Oxford. We only hope that you can help us again one day.
